Overview
If you’ve recently changed your bank login credentials, update them in Quicken Simplifi to keep your accounts connected and your transactions syncing properly.
There are two ways to update your bank login information:
Automatic Prompt: After a refresh, Quicken Simplifi may prompt you to enter your new login credentials.
Manual Update: If you are not prompted, reset the connection and enter your new login credentials.
The easiest way to update your bank login information in Quicken Simplifi is to wait for your account to refresh after changing your credentials. After the connection refreshes, Quicken Simplifi may automatically prompt you to enter your new login credentials. This usually happens within four hours of updating your credentials.
Manually Update Your Bank Login Information
If you don't receive an automatic prompt, you can reset the connection and enter your updated login information to keep your accounts connected and up to date.
To update your bank login information manually in Quicken Simplifi, follow these steps:
Tap the Menu (three-line icon).
Select Settings.
Select Accounts.
Find the financial institution you want to update, then tap the three-dot icon next to it.
Tap Reset connection.
Tap Reset to confirm.
Enter the User ID and Password you use to sign in to your bank's website, then tap Link Account.
If your account uses an OAuth connection, tap Continue and follow the onscreen instructions.
When your accounts appear, match each online account with its corresponding account in Quicken Simplifi.

To skip an account, clear the checkbox next to it.
Tap Confirm.
