Overview

If you’ve recently changed your bank login credentials, you’ll need to update them in Quicken Simplifi to keep your accounts connected and your transactions flowing smoothly.

There are two ways to update your bank login information:

  • Automatic Prompt: Quicken Simplifi will ask for your new credentials after a refresh.

  • Manual Update: Reset the connection and enter your new login info.

The easiest way to update your bank login information in Quicken Simplifi is to wait for the first successful account refresh after updating your credentials. After your bank connection refreshes, Quicken Simplifi may automatically prompt you to enter your new login credentials. This usually happens within four hours of the change.
