From experiencing an issue connecting to one of your banks to asking a question on how something in the program works, or even for assistance with your first-time setup, Quicken Simplifi's amazing Coaches have got you covered!
Support Hours
Our Chat Support hours are seven days a week from 5 am - 5 pm PST. Phone Support is available Monday - Friday during the same hours. The Community is available 24/7.
Although we don't offer a direct phone number for you to contact our support team, you can speak with a support agent by entering your phone number and selecting Call Me from the Help Center widget. If a support agent isn't available, or if it's outside of our business hours, you'll be asked to leave a voicemail and someone will call you back as soon as possible.
For Chat Support, you can reach out to us during business hours. After hours, you can chat with our AI Assistant for help. You'll be able to access replies to your inquiries, as well as view previous interactions with our support team by selecting "Messages" from the Help Center widget.
How to Contact Support
There are a few different ways you can easily contact our Support Team:
Live Chat: If you need immediate assistance, you can contact our Chat Team right from the Quicken Simplifi app!
Phone Support: Sometimes it's easier to talk things through. We have a callback option that can be accessed straight from the Quicken Simplifi's app!
Community: Our Community is full of users just like you! You can ask questions, report problems, and look for known issues or related topics.
In-App Help: You might not have to contact support at all with our in-app help! The Help Center can be accessed directly from the Quicken Simplifi app. You can find common topics and all of our help articles here!

Contacting Support from the Web App
You can access our Support Team and use the in-app help directly from the Quicken Simplifi Web App by hovering over the panel on the left-hand side and selecting Help Center.
Contacting Support from the Mobile App
You can access our Support Team and use the in-app help directly from the Quicken Simplifi Mobile App! To do so, select Help from the Menu icon located at the upper left of the Dashboard, or select Help Center from the Profile icon located at the upper right of the Dashboard.
Access the Quicken Simplifi Community
The Quicken Simplifi Community is another excellent resource! Here, you can receive user-to-user assistance, make feature requests, provide feedback to the Quicken Simplifi Team, follow Alerts for known issues, and work with some of Quicken Simplifi's Coaches.
