If you run into an issue—like trouble connecting to a bank, questions about how something works, or needing help with your first-time setup—you can reach out to our support team to work with you step by step toward a clear solution. This article walks you through the different ways to contact support so you can quickly get the type of help you need.


Support Hours

You can reach out to our support team via chat, phone, or the Quicken Simplifi Community, each with specific hours. Find details below so you can choose what works best for you:

  • Chat Support: Available seven days a week, 5:00 AM–5:00 PM PST.

  • Phone Support: Available Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM PST.

  • Quicken Simplifi Community: Available 24/7.

For chat support, if you reach out after hours, you can still chat with our AI assistant for help.


Support Contact Options

You can reach our support team directly from the Quicken Simplifi app using live chat or phone support. You can also get help from other users in our community, or search for help articles and common topics in the in‑app Help Center.

Use the Help Site Chat

You can contact our support team via live chat, which lets you ask questions, share details about an issue, and get quick assistance while you stay on the help site.

  1. Locate the blue chat bubble in the bottom-right corner of the page.

  2. Click the chat bubble.

  3. Use this window to start a conversation with our support team or access help resources.

Use the Web App to Contact Support

If you’re using the Quicken Simplifi web app, you can easily reach our support team right from your browser. Just follow these steps to get in touch:

  1. Open the Quicken Simplifi web app.

  2. Click the question mark icon (?) in the upper-right corner.

  3. Select Contact Support.

  4. Use this window to start a conversation with our support team or access help resources.

Use the Mobile App to Contact Support

If you prefer using the Quicken Simplifi mobile app, you can also get help right from your phone. Just follow these steps to reach our support options:

  1. Tap the Menu (three-line icon).

  2. Tap Help at the bottom.

  3. Use this window to start a conversation with our support team or access help resources.

Use the In-App Help

You can access help resources and learning materials directly from the Quicken Simplifi web app. This allows you to search for specific topics and find step-by-step guidance without leaving the app.

  1. Open the Quicken Simplifi web app.

  2. Click the question mark icon (?) in the upper-right corner.

  3. Select Quicken University.

  4. Use the magnifier glass to search for topics and help resources.

Note: Currently, In-App help is not available through the Quicken Simplifi mobile app.

Access to our Community

The Quicken Simplifi Community is another excellent resource. You can get user-to-user assistance, submit feature requests, share feedback, follow alerts for known issues, and connect with Quicken Simplifi experts. Join the Quicken Simplifi Community.


Access Previous Chats with Support

You can view all of your previous interactions with our support team at any time. Just open the Help Site Chat (blue chat bubble in the bottom-right corner), select the Messages tab, and you’ll see a list of your past conversations, including their status and our responses.
