Overview
If you no longer want an account to sync with your financial institution, you can convert it to a manual account. Manual accounts let you track balances and transactions without maintaining a connection to your financial institution.
Connected accounts are linked to your financial institution, so transactions and balances update automatically.
Manual accounts aren't connected to a financial institution. You enter transactions and update balances yourself, making them ideal for cash, offline accounts, or accounts from unsupported financial institutions.
To stop syncing a connected account and manage it manually, follow the steps below.
Switch a Connected Account to Manual
Tap the Menu (three-line) icon.
Select Settings, then Accounts.
Find the account you want to convert to a manual account and tap the three-dot menu next to it.
Tap Make Manual.
Tap Make Manual again to confirm.
Once the conversion is complete, the account will appear in the Manual Accounts section.
Switch a Manual Account to Connected
Tap the Menu (three-line) icon.
Select Accounts.
Tap the + New button in the upper-right corner.
Search for the financial institution you want to connect.
When your accounts are displayed, carefully link each online account to its existing manual account.
