Overview
With Quicken Business & Personal, you can use the Spaces feature to create up to three separate areas to organize and manage your finances. Spaces allow you to group and track specific accounts separately—for example, accounts you don’t want included with your main finances or those tied to a distinct financial goal.

Quicken Business & Personal's Space feature is currently only available on the web and is not yet supported in the mobile app.
Note: Once a Space is created, it cannot be deleted. If a Space needs to be removed, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
Creating a New Space
On the lower left, click on the Settings gear icon.
Click Spaces & sharing.
On the upper right, click the + Space button.
Enter a Name and ZIP Code for your new space.
Click Create.
After Creating a New Space
After creating a new space, you will see it listed alongside your existing Space(s) in Settings under Spaces & sharing.
You can also click on Profile at the bottom left of the screen and switch between your Spaces under the Finances section.
If you need to update a Space's Name or ZIP code, click on the three dot icon to the right of the Space and click Update this space.
To switch to another Space, click on the three dot icon to the right of the Space and click Switch to this Space.
Once you have entered your newly created Space, you will be able to add accounts and business into that Space. Click here for help adding your business or click here for help adding a bank account.
