With Quicken Business & Personal, you can link bank accounts and transactions to your business to stay organized effortlessly!
A bank account cannot be associated to multiple businesses.
Associating a bank account with a business
Instructions for Web
On your Dashboard, on the bottom left side of the screen, click on the Settings gear icon.
Under Settings, click on Accounts.
Under Accounts, find the account to associate with a business and click the three-dot icon on the far right.
Click Edit account.
In the Account Purpose dropdown, select the business to associate with the account.
Click Update.

On your Dashboard, on the top left side, click on the three lined icon.
Click Settings.
Under Settings, click Accounts.
Under Accounts, find the account to associate with a business and click the three-dot icon located to the right of the account.
Click Edit Account.
Click Account Purpose and select the business you want to associate with the account.
Click Update.
After associating a bank account with a business
After associating a bank account with a business, you will see the account grouped with your business on your dashboard. On mobile, tap the three-line icon on the top left and select Accounts.

Linking a Transaction to a business
With Quicken Business & Personal, you can associate transactions with a business instead of linking a bank account.
Instructions for Web
Hover over the left side of the Dashboard and click Transactions.
Locate the transaction you want to associate with your business.
Click the Usage Type icon to the left of the transaction's category.
Select the business you want to associate your transaction with.
Choose a business category for the transaction.

On your Dashboard, click the three-lined icon in the top-left corner.
Select Transactions.
Find the transaction you want to associate with your business and click on it.
Click the Usage Type icon to the left of the transaction's category.
Choose the business to associate with the transaction.
Select a business category for the transaction.
Click Update.
