Overview
Outstanding items are planned entries in your Spending Plan—such as expected bills, income, subscriptions, or variable expenses—that have not yet been matched to actual transactions. These items remain “outstanding” because Simplifi is waiting for confirmation that the planned amount was either spent, received, or should be removed from your Planned Spend.
Outstanding items typically occur when:
A planned transaction hasn’t been automatically linked to a Reminder.
A planned expense or income hasn’t occurred yet, and Simplifi needs you to confirm whether it should still be included in your monthly totals.
Learn how to resolve these items below!
Resolving outstanding Spending Plan items is important so you can accurately compare your actual monthly spending to what you had planned.
