Overview
Your accounts update automatically when you sign into Quicken Simplifi, but new transactions and balances are only downloaded from your bank every 4–6 hours.
Update issues
If one or more of your accounts haven’t updated in over 24 hours, there may be an issue, and you might need to reset the connection.
To check for any account errors, go to Settings in the left-side menu, select Accounts, and review the account status.
