What’s Quicken Simplifi?

Quicken Simplifi is a personal finance app designed by Quicken to make understanding your personal finances quick and easy. With Quicken Simplifi, you can stay on top of your financial future with confidence!

Can I import Quicken Classic to Simplifi?

Even though Quicken Simplifi was created by Quicken, there is not a feature that allows you to automatically share your Quicken Simplifi data with Quicken and vice versa.

Is Quicken Simplifi a mobile app?

Quicken Simplifi is a web-based program that’s accessed through a website, but we do offer a mobile app that you can use without ever having to log in to our website! It’s available on Google Play Store and the Apple Marketplace.

Can I use Quicken Simplifi anywhere?

Quicken Simplifi can be used anywhere in the U.S. and Canada. If you’ve got access to the internet, you can connect to your account.

Note: If you’re traveling abroad, you may experience difficulties signing into Quicken Simplifi until you return to the U.S. or Canada for your security. You may also experience login issues if you're connected to a VPN (virtual private network).

Can I share my Simplifi data with others?

Quicken Simplifi now offers Space Sharing! With Space Sharing, you can share your finances with loved ones or other individuals, without having to share your login credentials for Quicken Simplifi. For more on Space Sharing, click here!

Does Simplifi support international bank account connections?

Quicken Simplifi is only intended to connect with U.S. and Canadian bank accounts, and we only support the U.S Dollar and the Canadian Dollar.

Quicken Simplifi will only support one currency at a time. Adding a U.S bank account and a Canadian bank account or adding an account with both currency types may cause balance discrepancies.

Note: If you are signed into Quicken Simplifi on our mobile app prior to leaving the U.S. or Canada, you may still be able access Quicken Simplifi on the mobile app.

Does Quicken Simplifi offer business features?

While the base Quicken Simplifi subscription does not offer any business features, we do offer Quicken Business & Personal that adds the ability to create and manage invoices, clients, and projects for all your business needs.

Can I use Simplifi without a subscription?

Yes, you'll need to have an active annual subscription to use Quicken Simplifi. We only offer annual subscriptions. Check out our plans and prices here!

Does the Classic subscription include Simplifi access?

Even though Quicken created Quicken Simplifi, it is a separate product and isn’t included in your Quicken subscription.

Can I switch from Quicken Classic to Simplifi?

If you've recently purchased Quicken Classic and want Quicken Simplifi, you can contact Quicken Classic Support for a refund, and then proceed with purchasing Quicken Simplifi. All Quicken products offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If it has been more than 30 days, we cannot switch the subscriptions since these are two different products.

Does Quicken Simplifi offer a student or military discount?

Quicken Simplifi does not currently offer a student or military discount.

How do I know my data is secure?

The privacy and security of your financial data are a top priority for us. We securely transmit data from your bank servers using robust 256-bit encryption. The information downloaded from your financial institutions is confidential and used only to update your accounts.

Can I import data from other financial tools?

Currently, we offer the ability to import CSV files from Personal Capital, or you can create your own CSV file using a template. If you're interested in importing your Quicken data into Quicken Simplifi, follow us in our Community here!

How do I cancel my subscription?

What happens to my data after cancellation?

When you cancel your subscription or it expires, your data remains stored on our servers, so if you decide to sign up again, you can pick up where you left off.

Will my data be erased if I cancel?

If you do not wish to have your financial data stored for later use, you will have to delete your bank accounts from Quicken Simplifi and your data will not be stored for future use. If you have additional questions on how to delete your data, reach out to one of our support agents.
