Overview
Quicken Simplifi's Bill Connect feature makes tracking your bills easy! It can be difficult to stay on top of all your bills, especially when due dates and amounts keep changing. Quicken Simplifi’s Bill Connect feature helps by automatically connecting to your billers and retrieving the latest due dates and amounts as soon as a bill is available. Your reminders are updated for you, so you always know what’s due and when, without needing to check each account individually.

Connecting to a Biller
To use this feature, first ensure the bill is set up as a Recurring Transaction Series. After you have created the Transaction Series, follow the steps below to connect it to a biller:
Click the ⚙️Settings icon in the upper-right corner.
Select All recurring.
Locate the recurring bill you'd like to connect.
Click the three-dot menu on its far right.
Select Connect biller.
If your biller is already shown, you can click the image to select it, or begin typing the biller's name in the Search bar to let Quicken Simplifi find it.
Enter the User ID and Password that you use to sign in to your biller's website.
Click Connect.
Note: You can also connect to a biller when first creating a new Recurring Transaction Series. See Managing Recurring Transactions for more details.
Set Auto‑Update Preferences for Bill Connect
Quicken Simplifi lets you set automatic updates of due dates and amounts for your recurring bills. After you connect to a biller, you can choose how Quicken Simplifi updates your next upcoming reminder.
You can either have Quicken Simplifi use the bill amount and due date provided by the biller for the next upcoming reminder, or keep the bill amount and due date you entered or selected when you first created the recurring transaction series.
Click the ⚙️Settings icon in the upper-right corner.
Select All recurring.
Locate the recurring bill that you'd like to set the auto-update options for.
Click the three-dot menu on its far right.
Select Edit series.
In the 'When a new bill arrives, update reminder to' section, set the available options:
For the Amount field:Choose Bill Amount to have the biller provide the amount for your next reminder.
Choose Don’t auto-update to keep your reminder aligned with the original recurring transaction series setup.
For the Due Date field:
Choose Due Date to have the biller provide the date of your next reminder.
Choose Don’t auto-update to keep your reminder aligned with the original recurring transaction series setup.
Click Update when done.
Disconnecting from a Biller
In case you no longer want to track your monthly bills using Quicken Simplifi's Bill Connect, follow the steps below to disconnect from your biller:
Click the ⚙️Settings icon in the upper-right corner.
Select All recurring.
Locate the recurring bill that you'd like to disconnect.
Click the three-dot menu at the end of it.
Select Disconnect biller.
Click Disconnect to confirm.
Connect Multiple Bills to One Biller
With Bill Connect, you may wonder how to connect multiple Bills to a single Biller, such as having vehicle insurance as well as homeowners insurance with a single company, or holding multiple credit card accounts with a single financial institution.
Whether you can connect bills individually in Quicken Simplifi depends on the biller.
If you have multiple credit cards with one financial institution and receive a single combined statement, you can only connect one bill in Quicken Simplifi.
If you receive separate statements for each account, you can connect each one individually to the biller in Quicken Simplifi.
Instructions
Create a separate Recurring Transaction Series in Quicken Simplifi for each bill.
Start by connecting one of them to the biller.
You'll be presented with a list of bills. Select the bill that you're attempting to link.
Click Continue.
Once you've connected the first Recurring Transaction Series to the biller, you'll get a window stating that the bill is now connected, with the option to continue linking the rest of your bills to the biller:
See Your Linked Billers and Updated Amounts
To see all your linked billers and the updated amounts at a glance, just follow the steps below:
Hover over the left panel and click Bills & Income.
Ensure you are in the Overview tab.
Go to the Reminders section.
A blue chain link next to the biller icon indicates that the biller has the Bill Connect feature enabled.
A light blue check mark next to the biller icon indicates that either the amount due, the due date, or both have been updated.

Does Quicken Simplifi Offer a Bill Pay Service?
Does Quicken Simplifi Offer a Bill Pay Service?
At this time, Quicken Simplifi only offers the ability to connect to your Billers to receive updated due dates and amounts. The ability to pay your bills from Quicken Simplifi is not currently available. However, our Quicken Classic products offer a robust bill pay service called Bill Manager!
