Overview
Notifications can considerably enhance your customer experience. Deciding what Notifications are essential as an Email or a Push Notification to your mobile device can be a game-changer with staying up-to-date with your finances.
Life seems to run at lightning-fast speed, and our Notifications will keep your finances at the top of your mind. By alerting you when your availability to spend is getting low, if you were charged a bank fee, or if you got paid (woohoo!), you'll always know where you stand. You can even customize some of your Notifications to meet your specific needs!
Note: Changes made to Notifications from the Mobile App will also apply to the Web App.
How to Enable or Disable Notifications
There are three different types of Notifications: Email, Push (Mobile), and In-App. All of these Notification types can easily be enabled or disabled!
Tap the Menu icon (the three lines in the upper left corner).
Select Settings and then Notifications.
If you'd like to pause all Notifications, tap the Pause all notifications toggle at the very top of the page.
Locate the Notification you'd like to enable or disable and tap on it.
Use the toggles to enable or disable the type of Notification(s) you'd like to receive for this item.
To disable all Notifications for this item, tap the All notifications toggle at the top.
Tap Update when done.
How to Customize Your Notifications
Please note that only certain Notifications can be customized–the ones that pertain to a dollar amount or a percentage.
Tap the Menu icon (the three lines in the upper left corner).
Select Settings and then Notifications.
Locate the Notification you'd like to customize and tap on it.
Make your customization and tap Update when done.
