Note: Before you begin, keep in mind that deleting an account is permanent and cannot be undone.
Overview
If you're deleting an account because of a connection issue, try the troubleshooting steps in our Top Bank Download Solutions article or contact our support team for assistance instead.
Keeping your Quicken Simplifi account list up to date helps ensure your finances stay organized. Keep in mind that deleting an account will permanently remove its transaction history and any associated Recurring Transactions.
Before deleting an account, we recommend exporting your Transaction Activity so you have a copy for future reference. For instructions, see How to Export Transactions from Quicken Simplifi.
Note: This article explains how to delete a connected account in Quicken Simplifi. If you're looking for information about canceling your Quicken Simplifi subscription, see the separate article here.
