Overview

This error means the bank did not send a required “cookie,” which is a small piece of data needed to maintain a login session. If the bank removes or changes these cookies, our system cannot continue the connection. It’s like needing a small “session ticket” from the bank—but it wasn’t provided.

This is what we call a Script error. Script errors are not caused by you and cannot be fixed from your end.
