Error FDP-530 When Using Online Services in Quicken Simplifi

Overview

This error happens when we attempt to create a secure connection with your bank, but the bank’s server does not complete the process. It may occur because the bank changed its security settings or requires you to log in again. In simple terms, our system and the bank “tried to shake hands,” but the bank refused the handshake.

This is what we call a script error. Script errors are not caused by you and cannot be fixed from your end.
