Overview
Error FDP‑104 appears when Quicken Simplifi receives information from your bank that isn’t in the format we expect. When the data structure changes or includes unexpected characters, Quicken Simplifi can’t interpret it correctly, it's similar to trying to read a sentence with missing words.
This is what we call a parsing error. This issue happens on the bank’s side and usually clears up once the bank corrects the data they’re sending.

To Resolve This Issue
We recommend waiting 48 hours and trying again. If you are still getting the error after waiting 48 hours, please reach out to our support team.
