Overview
With Quicken Simplifi's account to account funds transfer feature enabled for users enrolled in Early Access, you will be able to transfer funds from one of your connected checking or savings accounts to another connected checking or savings account, without having to leave Quicken Simplifi!
A few things to note:
Currently, only checking and savings accounts are eligible for account transfers.
You can transfer funds between checking or savings accounts at different banks.
You must have a minimum of 2 accounts enabled for account to account funds transfer to use the feature.
Fund transfers can take up to 2-3 business days to fully complete.
If your sharing your data with someone using Space Share, the party you are sharing your data with will NOT be able to perform an Account to Account funds transfer.
You cannot schedule recurring account to account fund transfers using our Recurring Transaction feature.
How to enable Account to Account fund transfers
To enable the Account to Account funds transfer feature, you will need to set up and verify your eligible accounts for transfers. There are multiple ways to begin the set up.
On your Dashboard:
You will see a tile appear in the upper right of your Dashboard, asking if you would like to set up fund transfers between your accounts. Click on the blue Set Up button to get started.
Under Settings:
Under your Settings, you can enable Account to Account transfers under Accounts. You can do so by:
Navigate to the lower-left corner of the screen and click on Settings gear icon.
Under Settings, click on the Accounts tab or the Transfer activity tab.
When you click on the Set Up Transfers, you will be presented with a popup. Click on the blue Get Started button.
We will need to verify your identify to ensure that you are the owner of the accounts that you want to enroll.
Once you accounts have been verified, you will be presented with a popup showing which connected banks have eligible checking and savings accounts for account to account transfers.
Click on the connected bank with the eligible account(s) that you want to enroll.
Click on the eligible account.
Enter the routing and account number associated with that account and click Continue.
For further account authorization, we will send two small deposits, that are less than $1 each, to your account.
After receiving the deposited amounts
When you see the deposits in the accounts you enrolled, note the deposited amounts, and log into Quicken Simplifi.
Navigate to the lower-left side of the screen and click on Settings gear icon.
Under Settings, click on the Accounts tab.
On the right side of the account that you enrolled for Account to Account transfers, click on the three dot menu icon.
Click on Verify Account for transfers.
Enter the amounts that were deposited into your account.
Click Verify.
Once you have your accounts verified, you will be able to start transferring funds between enrolled accounts.
Setting up a funds transfer between accounts
Once you have verified the connected accounts you want to transfer funds to and from, you can start setting up a funds transfer. There are a few different areas you can make a funds transfer from.
Note: Fund transfers can take up to 3 business days to complete.
In an eligible account:
Click into the account that was enrolled and on the upper-right side of the screen, click on the Transfer Money button.
Under Settings:
Navigate to the bottom left side of the screen and click on the Settings gear icon.
Under Settings, click on Transfer activity.
Under Transfer activity, you can begin the transfer by either click on the blue Transfer Money button in the middle of the page or you can use the Transfer money tile on the right-hand side of the screen.
To transfer funds:
In the Transfer funds popup, in the From account dropdown, select the account you want to transfer funds from.
In the To account dropdown, select the account you want to receive the transferred funds.
Enter the dollar amount you want to transfer.
Click the blue Review button.
Review the funds transfer information and click the blue Submit button.
Once your funds transfer has been submitted, you will be able to check the status of your transfer in Settings under Transfer activity.

How do I cancel a funds transfer once it has been submitted?
How do I cancel a funds transfer once it has been submitted?
You will be only able to cancel a transfer while it is in a Scheduled state. Once the transfer is in a Processing state, you will not be able to cancel your funds transfer.
You will be able to see the status of the transfer under Settings, in your Transfer activity tab. Click on the three dot menu to cancel your transfer, if available.
