How Do I Resubscribe If My Renewal Payment Failed?

Learn how to resubscribe after an auto-renewal fails

Overview

There are a few different reasons why a payment fails, such as expired cards, insufficient funds, invalid payment information, etc. Regardless of the cause, Quicken Simplifi does not automatically retry a failed payment.


Instructions

You'll need to resubscribe by following these steps:

  1. Visit https://www.quicken.com/simplifi/ and click Sign in.

  2. Select your preferred plan.

  3. Enter your billing details and click Submit Order.
