Overview
Quicken partners with Stripe to receive invoice payments. If you don't have a Stripe account, you can sign up by clicking here. If you have an existing Stripe account, you can connect it to Quicken Business & Personal.
When your clients pay your Stripe payment-enabled account, the payments will automatically show in Quicken Business & Personal, and they will automatically mark the invoice as paid.

Things to Note
Invoice payments accepted through Quicken Business & Personal and payments accepted outside of Quicken B&P using the same Stripe account will all be visible in the app.
If your Quicken Business & Personal subscription ends after you’ve sent an invoice that uses Stripe for online payments, your clients won't be able to pay that invoice online until you renew your subscription.
The payment options on each invoice are determined by your Stripe dashboard settings.
If you enable both ACH and card payments and want to limit an invoice to just one payment option, simply deselect the method you don’t want to offer for that particular invoice.
Only payments taken while in this account will show in Quicken Business & Personal. Payments taken through other Stripe accounts, even if they are for the same business, will not show.
Visit Stripe to review your accepted payment methods.
How Stripe Payments Appear in Quicken Simplifi
When Stripe payment transactions download into Quicken Simplifi, the processing fee is deducted from the total amount. The transaction will be displayed as a split.
Below is a clear breakdown of the splits:
Income | This portion is the full invoice amount, before the fee. |
Expense | This portion is the processing fee Stripe charges. |
Total | This is the net amount for these two splits, and is what you actually receive after the fee |
