How Do I Cancel and Request a Refund for My Quicken Simplifi Subscription?

Learn how to cancel (unsubscribe) your Quicken Simplifi Subscription, as well as how to get a refund for Quicken Simplifi

Overview

While we may not have been what you were looking for, we want to thank you for giving us a shot! The process for canceling your Quicken Simplifi Subscription will vary depending on where you signed up, so please be sure to select the appropriate option below for the steps applicable to you.

If you'd like to request a refund, you have 30 days from the date of purchasing a yearly subscription to do so. We don't offer refunds for monthly Subscriptions.

Note: After canceling your Quicken Simplifi Subscription, you will still be able to access Quicken Simplifi until your Subscription expires. The only exception is when requesting a refund, as processing a refund will cancel your Subscription effective immediately.

Be sure to follow the appropriate instructions below:

Depending on where you signed up for Quicken Simplifi, you'll need to cancel either through your mobile App Store or through Quicken Simplifi directly. Once you follow the steps below, Quicken Simplifi will automatically cancel your subscription as of your expiration date, which means you'll continue to have access to Quicken Simplifi until your subscription expires.

If you signed up directly through the Quicken Simplifi website:

  1. Go to quicken.com/my-account and sign in.

  2. Under Subscriptions, select Manage.

  3. Then, under the Quicken Simplifi subscription, click Manage Subscription.

  4. Next, click Cancel Renewal.

  5. Complete cancelation by selecting I'd still like to Cancel.

  6. Once canceled, you'll see a “Renewal Cancelled” message.

Note: If you don't have the Cancel Renewal option, your subscription was established through the app store on your device. Scroll down for instructions on how to cancel through either Google Play or Apple App Store.

If you signed up through the Apple App Store on your iPhone:

  1. Open the ⚙️ Settings app on your device. 

  2. Tap your name, then tap Subscriptions

  3. Next, tap the subscription that you want to manage. 

  4. Tap Cancel Subscription. If you don't see Cancel Subscription, the subscription is already canceled and won't renew.

Note: If you don't see Subscriptions in the Settings app, tap iTunes & App Store instead. Tap your Apple ID, then tap View Apple ID. Sign in, scroll down to Subscriptions, then tap Subscriptions.

If you signed up through the Google Play Store on your phone:

  1. First, open the Google Play Store App on your device.

  2. Make sure you're signed in to the correct Google account (the one with the subscription!)

  3. Tap Menu, then Payments & Subscriptions.

  4. Select Subscriptions.

  5. Select the subscription you want to cancel.

  6. Tap Cancel subscription.

  7. Follow the instructions.

Note: If you don't see your subscription, ensure you're signed into the correct Google account.


How to get a refund for Quicken Simplifi

If you are an annual subscriber, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund. If you established your account through Quicken Simplifi directly and are within 30 days of purchase, please contact our customer care team through the Help Center to process your request.

If you established your annual subscription through your mobile app store (Google Play or Apple App Store), you'd need to request a refund from them directly. To do so, select the applicable link below:

Note: Refunds by Google Play and the Apple App Store are at the discretion of Google and Apple, not Quicken Simplifi.
