While we may not have been what you were looking for, we want to thank you for giving us a shot! The process for canceling your Quicken Simplifi Subscription will vary depending on where you signed up, so please be sure to select the appropriate option below for the steps applicable to you.
If you'd like to request a refund, you have 30 days from the date of purchasing a Quicken Simplifi subscription to do so.
Cancel vs. Refund
Canceling your Quicken Simplifi subscription will simply stop the auto-renewal process and allow you to access and adjust your Quicken Simplifi data until your the subscription's end date; Refunding your Quicken Simplifi subscription will immediately revoke your Quicken Simplifi access and a full refund will be applied to your account.
Things to note
After canceling your Quicken Simplifi subscription, you will still be able to access Quicken Simplifi until your subscription expires. The only exception is when requesting a refund, as processing a refund will cancel your subscription effective immediately.
Depending on where you signed up for Quicken Simplifi, you'll need to cancel either through your mobile app store or through Quicken Simplifi directly.
How to cancel your subscription
Canceling your Quicken Simplifi subscription will still allow you to access your Quicken Simplifi data and profile until your subscription expiration date. If you would like to stop your subscription from renewing, follow the steps below.
If you signed up directly through the Quicken Simplifi website:
Go to quicken.com/my-account and sign in.
Under Subscriptions, select Manage.
Under the Quicken Simplifi subscription, click Manage Subscription.
Click Cancel Renewal.
Complete cancellation by selecting Cancel renewal.
Once canceled, you'll see a “Renewal Cancelled” message.
Note: If you don't have the Cancel Renewal option, your subscription was established through the app store on your device. Scroll down for instructions on how to cancel through either Google Play or the Apple App Store.
If you signed up through the Apple App Store on your iPhone:
Open the ⚙️ Settings app on your device.
Tap your name, then tap Subscriptions.
Next, tap the subscription you want to manage.
Tap Cancel Subscription. If you don't see Cancel Subscription, the subscription is already canceled and won't renew.
Note: If you don't see Subscriptions in the Settings app, tap iTunes & App Store instead. Tap your Apple ID, then tap View Apple ID. Sign in, scroll down, and tap Subscriptions.
If you signed up through the Google Play Store on your phone:
First, open the Google Play Store App on your device.
Make sure you're signed in to the correct Google account (the one with the subscription!).
Tap Menu, then Payments & Subscriptions.
Select Subscriptions.
Select the subscription you want to cancel.
Tap Cancel subscription.
Follow the instructions.
Note: If you don't see your subscription, ensure you're signed into the correct Google account.
How to get a refund for Quicken Simplifi
Refunding Quicken Simplifi will end your subscription immediately and you will NOT be able to access or adjust your data.
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund.
If you established your account through the Quicken Simplifi directly or a retailer (Amazon, Staples, Best Buy, etc.) and are within 30 days of purchase, click here to complete our Refund Request form. Make sure to attach a copy of your proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation).
If you established your annual subscription through your mobile app store (Google Play or Apple App Store), you'd need to request a refund from them directly. To do so, select the applicable link below:
Note: Refunds by Google Play and the Apple App Store are at the discretion of Google and Apple, not Quicken Simplifi.
