Overview
Allow a Quicken Simplifi representative to view your screen for support purposes. All information displayed on your screen will be visible. Please close all programs that display private information, and do not show any passwords. Your session may be recorded for quality control and diagnostic purposes.
Instructions
Follow these instructions to generate a support code and share it with the representative so they can start the screen-sharing session.
Log in to the Quicken Simplifi web app.
Click the Help Center icon (?) in the upper-right corner.
Select Share Screen.
Click I agree.
Once you can see the support code, you can share it with the representative.
To end the screen-sharing session, click the red Stop Sharing button at the bottom.
