Overview
Quicken Business & Personal includes the Credit Memo feature. This feature lets you record a credit or refund instead of editing invoices after they've been sent, since credit memos clearly track why the client's balance was reduced.
Things to note
Credit Memos created at the client level can be applied to invoices for that client.
