Overview
If you've recently updated your login information with one of your banks, you'll want to be sure to also update this information in Quicken Simplifi to ensure that you can continue to download transactions. Luckily, Quicken Simplifi makes doing so super easy!
Automatic Prompt
The easiest way to go about updating your bank login information in Quicken Simplifi is to wait until the first successful account refresh after updating your credentials, as Quicken Simplifi should automatically prompt you to enter your new credentials. If you're not automatically prompted, a refresh is most likely not available yet. This should take no longer than 4 hours, though!
Manually Update
However, if you'd like to manually update your bank login information in Quicken Simplifi instead, you may do so by resetting the account connection for the financial institution and entering your new login information when prompted.
