You can update the email address on your Quicken Account by signing in at My Account. There, you can change your email, password, and other personal details. Click here for more information.


Email Address Change Request

If you no longer have access to the email linked to your Quicken ID and can’t sign in, you can submit a request to change your email using this form: https://www.quicken.com/support/e-mail-change-request-submission/.

Note: The email change request form is handled by Quicken. Your Quicken ID and Quicken Simplifi username share the same email address.

The form requires proof of your identity. Please have a photo of your driver’s license, state-issued ID, or another accepted ID ready before submitting. After you submit the form, you’ll see a confirmation message.

After you submit the form, wait 24–48 hours for the change to be completed.

What if I don't know the old email address I used?

When filling out the Email Change form, if you’re not sure of your old email address or think there was a typo, enter your best guess. Then add a note under “Why are you requesting this change?” explaining that you’re unsure of the old email address.
