If you no longer have access to the email linked to your Quicken ID and can’t sign in, you can submit a request to change your email using this form. Once the change is processed, you can reset your password using the new email address.

The form requires proof of your identity. Please have a photo of your driver’s license, state-issued ID, or another accepted ID ready before submitting. After you submit the form, you’ll see a confirmation message.

After you submit the form, wait 24–48 hours for the change to be completed.

When filling out the Email Change Request form, if you’re not sure of your old email address or think there was a typo, enter your best guess. Then add a note under “Why are you requesting this change?” explaining that you’re unsure of the old email address.

If the email address you want to use is already registered, you can allow your current subscription to expire and then create a new subscription with the new email. You can them use the new email address as your Quicken ID, and access your existing data.

If you can still access your old email on another device, use it to reset your password. Once you regain access to your account, update your email address to your current one using My Account.
