What if I Can't Find My Bank?

Learn how to request your bank if it's not available in Quicken Simplifi

Written by Natalie

Overview

At Quicken Simplifi, we work with many financial institutions so you can easily download your transactions and balances—the first step to understanding your finances. However, we’re not yet connected with every bank.

Searching for a bank

If your bank doesn’t appear in the search results, try searching for different versions of the bank’s name or its website URL to make sure it’s not listed under a different name.

For example, if searching Wells Fargo doesn’t show Wells Fargo Advisors, try adding “Advisors” to your search or enter the website URL (wellsfargoadvisors.com).

Requesting a bank

If your bank isn't available to connect to in Quicken Simplifi, you can visit our Community to either vote for it if someone has already requested it, or you can request it if no one else has. To do so, please visit our Report Missing Financial Institution page here.
