Have you noticed a small cloud icon next to one of your accounts? Don't worry, this is a common occurrence during peak periods for some banks.

Why is there a cloud icon next to my account?

During peak periods, some banks may experience high levels of traffic to their systems, causing them to temporarily block access. This can happen due to a variety of reasons, such as high volume of transactions or system maintenance.

When this happens, this cloud icon will appear next to your account:

This indicates that the bank is currently unavailable for download.

Next steps

You don't need to do anything. When the bank is available again, the icon will disappear, and your accounts will update normally.

In the meantime, you can continue to use Quicken Simplifi as usual. The cloud icon is simply a visual reminder that the bank is temporarily unavailable for download.

If you are concerned about missing any transactions during this time, rest assured that once the bank is available again, all transactions will be downloaded as usual.
